Violins and Violinists

For Students

Welcome to the Student Page. When I first created violinsandviolinists much of the impetus was to be able to answer questions that students asked me which could not be found in books. Take a while to search around the blog. This section of the website is especially made to contain sources that you will need during your studies which may be difficult to find elsewhere. Good luck, remember to see as many great old instruments as you can throughout your studies, and remember that the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford serves as the national teaching collection. Take your time to visit it.
